Agreement

These terms govern your use of FlowBase, a product of BUILTFORBUSINESS LLP. By creating an account or calling the API, you agree to them.

The service, honestly described

FlowBase is an early-stage developer platform. Authentication, organizations, and projects are functional today. Other features described on our homepage — document intelligence, matching, geo, identity, risk, and compliance engines — are in active development or planned, and are not guaranteed to be available, accurate, or complete. We label each feature's status on the homepage rather than marketing unfinished work as shipped.

Your account

• You must provide a real email address you control — that email, plus a one-time code, is how you authenticate.
• You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
• You must not share API credentials publicly or use them to circumvent rate limits or quotas.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use FlowBase to:

• Process personal data you don't have a lawful basis or consent to process.
• Attempt to access another organization's data, bypass tenant isolation, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Send abusive volumes of requests intended to degrade the service for others.
• Misrepresent results from sandbox/test data as real production verification outcomes.

Sandbox vs. production

Sandbox projects are for development and testing and may use mock/test responses rather than real provider results. Do not rely on sandbox output for real business decisions.

Intellectual property

We own FlowBase's software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of the data you submit through the API; you grant us the limited right to process it solely to provide the service back to you.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, especially for any capability that relies on a mock provider pending a real licensed integration (see our FAQ for which ones). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BUILTFORBUSINESS LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable use, with notice where reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change and post material changes here before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
