Where Claude wins
- Claude Projects scope is cleaner. Knowledge files just work.
- Better at long-form writing and structured outputs.
- Lower hallucination rate on tools you didn't define.
Where ChatGPT wins
- Action ecosystem is more mature for now.
- Image generation is one click away.
- Distribution: more buyers already have a Plus plan.
My current default
Claude for systems that produce text. ChatGPT for systems that touch multimodal or third-party APIs. We're already seeing this stabilize across FlowBase listings.
