1. Acceptance of terms
FlowBase AI is a product of BUILTFORBUSINESS LLP. By accessing or using FlowBase AI you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the platform.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the activity that happens on your account. Keep your credentials safe. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Buying & selling
Buyers receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the digital product. Creators are responsible for the legality and originality of what they sell.
4. Refunds
Most products are eligible for a 7-day refund. Subscriptions are pro-rated and cancellable any time. Some products may be marked non-refundable, which will be disclosed prior to purchase.
5. Payouts
Creators are paid 90% of net revenue, weekly, via Razorpay. See the Payouts policy for full terms.
6. Acceptable use
No malware, no IP theft, no harassment, no spam. We will remove content and accounts that violate this section.
7. Limitation of liability
FlowBase AI is provided as-is. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Noida.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
