Privacy policy

1. What we collect
Account info (email, name, avatar), payment metadata via Razorpay, product analytics (PostHog), and the files you upload as a creator.
2. How we use it
To operate the platform, process payments, deliver products, and improve the product. We never sell personal data.
3. Where data lives
Supabase (EU + US regions), Razorpay (India), Resend (US), and Vercel (global edge). We sign DPAs with each.
4. Cookies
We use first-party cookies for authentication and product analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
5. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, and portability — email privacy@flowbase.cc and we respond within 30 days.
6. Children
FlowBase AI is not intended for users under 16.
7. Security
Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-level security on all user data. Independent pentests annually.
8. Changes
Material updates announced in-app and by email at least 14 days in advance.
