Digital products — 7-day refund

All one-time digital purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Open a request from /dashboard/purchases and we settle within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

Exceptions

Listings explicitly marked 'non-refundable' (clearly flagged before purchase, typically one-on-one consulting bundles) cannot be refunded once you access the materials.

Bundles

Bundles are refundable in full if requested before downloading any included system. Once any item in the bundle is downloaded, the bundle becomes non-refundable.

Partial / pro-rated refunds

We don't issue partial refunds for digital products. If you've downloaded part of a bundle and want a refund, we'll only refund un-downloaded items at a pro-rated rate decided case-by-case.

Subscriptions — cancel anytime

Cancel the Creator or Pro plan from /dashboard/subscriptions at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period; we don't pro-rate or refund partial months.

First-month subscription refunds

If you cancel a brand-new monthly subscription within 7 days of the first charge, we refund the first month in full. Annual plans get a 30-day full refund window.

Failed payments

If a Razorpay charge fails, we retry up to 3 times over 5 days. After that the subscription is paused; you keep account access (downgraded to Free) for 30 days.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting billing@flowbase.cc may result in account suspension and is recorded as a payment dispute on your account.

How to request

From your dashboard, open the purchase or subscription and click 'Refund'. You can also email billing@flowbase.cc with the order ID. We aim to acknowledge every request within one business day.

Razorpay processing time

After we approve, refunds usually appear in your bank or card statement within 5–7 working days. Razorpay handles all settlement; we don't hold buyer funds.
