Our commitment
FlowBase AI aims to conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is part of every design and engineering review.
What we've shipped
Semantic HTML across pages, keyboard navigation for the global search and dialogs, focus rings on all interactive elements, prefers-reduced-motion respect on animations, light + dark themes with contrast checks.
Known gaps
Some lucide icons render decoratively without aria-labels. Charts in the seller dashboard rely on colour alone for now. We're actively working on these.
How we test
Manual VoiceOver + NVDA tests during release; automated axe-core checks in CI; quarterly external review.
Tell us what's broken
If you hit an accessibility barrier — anywhere — email a11y@flowbase.cc. We treat these as priority bugs and aim to fix within 7 days.
Standards
Where Indian regulations apply (e.g. Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016) we follow ICT Accessibility Standards (IS 17802) in addition to WCAG.
