AI usage policy

FlowBase AI is built around AI. We use frontier models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) in our own tooling and we host a marketplace of creator-built AI systems. Everything here treats AI as a tool — never a black box.

Our built-in generators currently route through Anthropic Claude (Sonnet / Opus). We may add other providers without notice as long as the published behaviour of the generators stays consistent.

We do not train models on customer prompts, generations, uploads, or creator IP. Provider terms apply for the underlying models.

When you use a generator, your prompt is sent to the upstream provider. Their privacy and retention policies apply (Anthropic does not train on API traffic by default). Treat any sensitive data accordingly.

Listings must disclose which AI providers / paid plans are required to run the system. Hiding required dependencies is grounds for delisting.

Outputs from our generators may contain inaccuracies. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, or financial advice without expert review.

We monitor generator outputs for systemic bias and harmful content and update prompts / safety layers when issues are identified.

Reviews and Q&A entries that are clearly AI-generated (with no buyer experience) are removed. Repeat offenders lose review privileges.

Pro creators publishing branded generators must label outputs as AI-generated when displayed to end-users (in line with most platform policies and the EU AI Act for EU customers).
