Delivery policy

FlowBase AI sells digital systems only — no physical shipping. Products are delivered instantly to your account after successful payment.

On successful Razorpay payment, the purchase is recorded against your account. The 'Download' button appears immediately on /dashboard/purchases, and we send a confirmation email with the same link.

Files are served via expiring signed URLs (5-minute window). You can re-request a fresh URL any time from your purchases page. There's no download count limit.

Bundle purchases unlock every included system at once. Each unlocks its own re-download flow.

Most paid systems include lifetime updates — new versions appear under 'Owner-only drops' on the product page when the creator ships them.

If a download fails repeatedly, email hello@flowbase.cc with the order ID. We can issue a fresh delivery link or a refund.

Purchases are tied to the account that made them. We can transfer a purchase to a different FlowBase account in clear cases (e.g. you bought via Google, want to consolidate with email). Contact support.

Subscription unlocks (premium workflows, AI tools, plan features) activate within a minute of successful charge.

If delivery is delayed by downtime, we automatically extend any time-limited entitlement (free-month codes, plan-credit rewards) by the downtime duration.
